A THEATRICAL STAGE PRODUCTION
OUTRAGED - SYNOPSIS
Outraged is a presentation of scenarios depicting encounters between civilians and police officers. The goal is to find solutions that result in peaceful outcomes, yet in compliance with policy and procedures for police officers to follow that are taught and in place. Exposed traumatizing event have invaded the spotlight as we witnessed for some and for others have been negatively impacted with historical cases like the police beating of Rodney King, the killing of Tamir Rice, the police killing of George Floyd just to name a few.
OBEJECTIVE
Our objective is to dissect, play by play, citizen encounters with police and how prejudice, cultural differences, racial tension, and other issues can affect the outcome of the encounter.
